This would be very effective and sorely needed.
We got plenty of people with fake outrage stories. Let's see where these people live...

Eventually online presence rules should be similar to real life presence. When you walk outside, in major public spaces, you expect to be identified. The same should be applied in the cyber sphere

Many regions such as Beijing have provided affordable childcare and public kindergarten which would greatly alleviate the burden of working parents to have more kids. However, many places that are not as wealthy need helps to increase such services.

Looking back at Poland's decision to attend beijing olympics, it seems they were the only sensible country then. If europe had put down their pride, stopped following their us masters in attacking china, maybe Xi would have listened to them regarding russia

Then they wouldn't be facing economic catastrophe now. Unfortunately their leaders are thoroughly selected by the US.

It was just announced yesterday that Ying Yong was just appointed Vice Chair of the NPC's Constitutional and Law Committee.

Based on my amateur understanding of how the Party works, it would seem as though being one of Xi's loyalists (in addition to his accomplishments in Shanghai and overseeing the pandemic in Hubei) that he has been stashed in that capacity at the NPC until the next Congress convenes later this year where he could take on a more important post, whether it be on the Politburo or not. With his background in law enforcement and legal affairs, I could see him succeeding Xia Baolong as the Director of the Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office, where he will be tasked with stabalizing the political situation in the midst of legislating Article 23.

I could also be totally wrong, I am not a gambling man.

China’s Communist Party has invited public comment on a number of issues ahead of its 20th congress later this year, in a first for the ruling party ahead of its five-yearly key political gathering.
State news agency Xinhua said people can make suggestions on “full and strict party governance, high quality development, comprehensive reform and opening up, [and] whole-process people’s democracy”.
The party is also seeking views on “law-based state governance, socialist cultural advancement, people’s livelihoods and ecological progress”. People have until May 16 to submit their comments and suggestions to websites and mobile apps for Xinhua, party mouthpiece People’s Daily and state broadcaster CCTV.
The unprecedented decision to invite comments from the general public shows the “democratic style of work” of the top leadership and showcases the party’s “confidence and openness”, as well as innovation in the internet era, according to the People’s Daily webpage set up for submissions.
Participants are required to act “civilised and rationally”, choose from the eight aspects and write between 20 and 1,000 words. They must also submit their age range, party membership status, occupation, mobile phone number and location.

Top suggestion by the netizens: Stop censoring and regulating our entertainment and video games, and let us play foreign video games and with no time restriction. lol

Jokes aside, this is a pretty neat gesture from them, but I don't see this being any different from people being able to file suggestions or complaints through their designated government websites. But still, not a lot of their own citizens know about it, so maybe this a way to give it more exposure and become more active in the process.
