I recommend v2rayA more since it has more features, is active, and is pretty simple to work with compared to qv2ray.
So where does one purchase/peruse Chinese miltech journals/literature? Referring to Binggong Keji (Weapons Technologies); Zhongguo Hangtian (Aerospace China); Junshi Jishu (Military Technology); Xiandai Jianchuan (Modern Ships); Modern Weaponry (Xiandai Bingqi); Daodan yu Hangtian Yunzai Jishu (Missile and Aerospace Delivery Tech) etc.
I frequently buy stuff off of tmall/taobao with an account registered in the US. Don't see why it would be different with one registered in Europe. You just have to make sure the seller can ship to your country and to remember to pay for international shipping. I believe they start charging you fees if you let items sit too long in their warehouses.
You could also try sites like superbuy, they'll help you order stuff off of taobao/tmall for a fee but you could also just try asking them if it'll work for you.
Also, is there a way to "edit" posts here? Can't seem to find the option after an hr or so

IIRC it's by design. "So people don't go back and arbitrarily edit their post to say the exact opposite of what they said and be held responsible for their opinion", was my understanding of the purpose.
