Unfortunately, looking strong at the start was probably enough to convince the most important people (Trump) to join the fight before the full facts are known, especially if the people who know the real numbers are hiding it until they're committed.

So it might just be enough of a success.
That's what happens when you look impotent, reality might not give you enough time to recover from the initial setback.

or the Chinese and Russians are very bust checking the remain, so no time to show it off .. who knows

or Iranian hiding it, worry that IDF may be able to locate it and destroy it

Lack of proof is not necessarily nothing happen

The Israeli regime's ultra-advanced Hermes drone was shot down in the eastern regions of Isfahan by the zealous men of the Islamic Republic Army's air defense.

According to the Iranian Radio and Television Agency, Isfahan Center ; In this successful operation, with the zealous action of the Islamic Republic Army's air defense, the Hermes 900 drone was targeted and shot down with 8 advanced missiles in the east of Isfahan.

With the army's alert and prepared air defenses, the ultra-advanced drone did not even have a chance to fire.

The Hermes 900 is a multi-role, high-endurance UAV designed and developed for medium-altitude tactical missions at the Israeli company Elbit Systems.

Citizens are asked to report any suspicious objects to law enforcement agencies"

most of the missiles Iran launches still get shot down but more are getting though

Iranian drones also hit Israel in broad daylight, presence and superority are very different things, but as has already been said, operate tankers over Iran and then you can make that claim.
