Wonder why this hasnt been posted yet.
Pretty much the confirmation that, at least, some hump exists on this boat. Whether the second photo is really showing a cruise missile launch from a 093B remains to be seen.

Not only a hump you can see also on some a hole ... ! several yet or soon in service.
Maybe linked to 095.

Is that true ?

The 093 picture seems to be a standard 093.

And the VLS picture you post is a fan CGI, not official, and it is depicting the Navy's shipborne universal VLS (on 052D)... it is unlikely that a submarine would use the same type of VLS as aboard a ship.

It is heavily speculated that 093B or whatever it's called, has VLS, as part of its small dorsal hump, but we just don't know yet.
