Do you mean new module being placed inside the drydock? Because there's nothing inside that drydock that can be launched at the present state.
And where's the thing that was launched?
compare the picture with the April fool's picture, you can find a new module placed left of the first module

Can you circle out which one is that new piece of module in your photo? Also, what date was that photo (which you posted) taken? Because I don't quite see it.
