No. The keel laying is still very much underway.

I wasn't specific sorry, I meant keel laying ceremony completed or sth along those lines. Modern ships don't have a "keel" anymore so to speak so what I meant was the first big piece of bottom shell plating/outer shell plating had been placed.

We do know that a large military warship is currently being constructed/assembled in that particular drydock at Dalian, and that warship is increasingly very likely to be a CVN.

That's what I can say for sure for the time being.
