A bidding announcement from China Nuclear Power Technology Research Institute for electrical equipment for reactor primary loop.

A tender surfaced, suggesting the possibility of dual reactors.

This could be the confirming evidence for Type 004 being a CVN and being built at DL. Standard PWR from the looks.

Summarising the contents of the screenshot - It's basically a tender for specialised transportation equipment and arrangements for moving a nuclear reactor, presumably to the shipyard at DL. Key components explicitly mentioned includes the reactor pressure vessel and steam generator.

This would line up with rumours that the mysterious boxes from aerial imagery are containment structures. The contract above would cover transportation of reactor core components to the construction site.

So 004 is nuclear and they will be 003 upgraded twin is this correct?
If I'm getting your question correctly: No. The 004, a Ford-analogous, is a completely different design from the 003 (which is closer to the Forrestal-class). I'll even go out and say it's China's first fully indigenously designed CV(N) without noticeable Soviet influence.

You should work on your grammar.

Well, in case I missed it … so 004 a new design at Dalian, but what about reports about a second 003 or 003+ at Shanghai?

more like an ECBL analogy if you ask me, the size is obviously larger than the Ford which is shipyard size constrained.

Sorry, guys, I don't want to be a killjoy, but I would like to clarify that the purchaser in the first procurement announcement was Dalian Nuclear Power Petrochemical Company, one of China's major civilian nuclear power manufacturers, so it is perfectly natural for it to procure equipment for transporting reactors. Based on the announcement alone, it is impossible to establish a definite link with the propulsion system of the 004 aircraft carrier.
