A lot of flights happening from Moscow -> Zhengzhou and one landing in Urumqi

He says that the Ukrainians (bloggers I think) are claiming it’s equipment, body armor, helmets, and clothes.

NYTimes has a report from Bakhmut on Ukrainian casualties. Well for one specific day that is (240/day.)

By around noon on Friday, doctors had counted 50 wounded, many of them soldiers. The day before was even worse: 240 people had come through the hospital’s doors with everything from gunshot wounds to shrapnel injuries and concussions.

“They came in batches — 10, 10, five, 10,” said Parus, one of the Ukrainian medics at the hospital, as artillery screeched overhead and the chatter of machine-gun fire echoed off the surrounding buildings. “In the last couple of days the Russians have tried to advance more intensely.”

A Chinese article on how Russian military is mass buying Chinese body armor, maybe the current flights are from 11.11 day shopping spree?

I still cannot get my head around the amount of equipment (on both sides) that has been destroyed during this war. This has to be the most intense conflict in terms of losses since the Gulf War if not Vietnam!

The coldwar stockpiles are just pilling up in the fields. The amount of metal scrap is astonishing, you can add all the brass for artillery round left everywhere... steel from tanks and vehicules will make local foundry works for years. Don't know what they will do with all the concrete from buildings, It will take years for levelling the rest of Mariupol and other cities...

Lights from Ukraine seen from space before the war and just a couple days ago. It's not just Ukrainian held territory suffering from power outages. In fact, the only place seemingly up affected is Crimea in the conflict zone.

For all the posts here showing trashed Ukrainian equipment, how much has changed since the Kherson evacuation? Has Bakmut fallen? Have the Russians taken Pavlivka?

Speaking of Pavlivka:

To be fair, the Ukrainians haven't made any successful territorial pushes either. However, for all the pro Russian posts here, I'd swear they were mopping the floor with Ukrainians.

I want people to be cognizant of getting succumbing to confirmation bias. Those online information bubbles and echo chambers are really problematic.

It's a war. There will be no "objective assessment" until years after the war has ended.
