The turret appears to be similar designwise to the one we saw in the Saudi Defense Expo. Is there a placard?

Great! Here's that turret from the other side. It looks like electro-optical sensors are located in the same turret ball as the laser itself. I also spot four phased arrays in each corner of the platform. Also note the the remote control weapon station, or I think it's remote controlled because there doesn't appear to be enough space for a human operator.

Skimming through the thread it is crazy how there was basically nothing but hearsay about Chinese laser weapons until the last 2 years then suddenly it's mature enough that multiple companies and multiple integrated systems have been developed to act as SHOARD. Plus, it is now small enough to mount on a Humvee sized vehicle! 2022 is the year the Chinese MIC spoil watchers with all the capabilities they have developed over the last 20 years.

Not really. They’ve been marketed for export since 2015, which is seven years ago.

More, with placards.

I think for the OW-5 variants the trailing number indicates the power level — A30 for 30KW and A50 for 50 KW.
