Poly's export laser weapon system at IDEX 2023.
Name has been revealed: Tiandun (Sky Shield) Anti-drone Platform. It incorporates technologies from the Silent Hunter Laser and can also use EW to bring down drones.

It has a gun that could be used against infantry so probably yes.

Machine gun is for self defense against enemy infantry. You can’t train a high powered laser on infantry because it violates international law.
The law is specifically against using it as a blinding weapon which is quite a cruel use of such a platform, but it was also created at a time when powerful portable vehicle mounted fiber optic lasers wasn't really a thing.
I don't think there's anything against lethal level laser which this definitely would be. Any lasers capable of CIWS/anti-UAV will definitely be able to burn holes through people at km+ ranges.
