The second one, a hypersonic Kinzhal?

One thing this war has shown is that American missile deterrent is a bluff. That's why no western missile defences will make an appearance in Ukraine, even though they desperately need something.

If they can't stop regular kalibres, what chance do they have against mach 20+ ICBMs?

Add to that American malfunctioning ICBMs and it must be VERY tempting for Putin to start launching nukes.
Ukraine is where for the FIRST TIME in 50 years Western weapon systems are being put to test in a real war against a peer adversary and the performance is a strong D+
The only thing that has blunted Russian advance is the extensive trech network

A lot of HIMARS hype these days. How good is the HIMARS compared to the PCL-191?

HIMARS uses a weird intermediate caliber (227 mm) that neither China nor Russia use. It has mediocre 90 km range.

For China and Russia it's 122 mm light MLRS with 50 km range and 300 mm heavy MLRS with 120-160 km range.

and for China, PHL-16 also has options for 370 mm (very heavy MLRS) with 200 km range and 750 mm (multi SRBM) with 380 km range.

The difference in accuracy of GPS vs Glonass accounts for difference between US and Russian rockets. Beidou is equally or more accurate than GPS.

The main advantage of HIMARS is that it's modularized and can load all rockets from a prefilled box while Smerch has to individually load rockets. China's new PCL-191 and PHL-06 systems are all modular.

The US is still saying is going to send two NASAMS two Ukraine. It isn't much but there is a pattern starting to emerge of more Link-16 systems being deployed which basically allows NATO to fight this war while using Ukrainians as human shields.

NASAM has range 25 km. It has to be close to the front where it is vulnerable to Su-57 SEAD / DEAD jets which smash SAM using ARM.

On Saturday morning, Russian forces fired Kh-101 cruise missiles at military targets in Odessa. The missiles were fired from a Tu-95 strategic bomber. As a result of the strike, a large-scale fire started at one of the warehouses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the western districts of Odessa. The missile hit the warehouse was also confirmed by the speaker of the Odessa military administration, Sergei Bratchuk.

Footage of the liquidation of one of the soldiers of the Ukrainian sabotage group has been published. The Ukrainian car, passing through the checkpoint, did not stop and tried to escape. Turning onto a country road and trying to evade pursuit, he ran into another car with the Russian military, who destroyed the car of a soldier of the Ukrainian sabotage group with shots from a grenade launcher and small arms. A machine gun and documents of a serviceman were found in the car.
