That’s true for some but not all of the wealthy families.
I remembered reading an article/comment in r/Sino that companies in China starting to seek those with diploma from Chinese universities, because it guarantees that they are actually educated/trained for the job, in contrast to those sent overseas that paid for their diploma without studying anything seriously.
It has been 6 days since flight MU5736 crashed in Wuzhou, Guangxi province. All the people onboard, 123 passengers and 9 flight crew members, have lost their lives in the crash. In the evening of March 26, during its 7th press briefing, the SAR special task force made this saddening announcement.
A few hours earlier of the same day, in the 6th press briefing, the SAR task force said that, while the FDR is still missing, an ELT (emergency locator transmitter) that was installed close to the FDR in the airframe has been recovered. So far the SAR team have recovered 24047 pieces of the crashed airplane. All these found pieces are being sorted in storage for later analysis.
With help from the police forensic experts, 120 victims have been identified, including 114 passengers and 6 crew members. No trace of known explosives has been found by physical science examinations on the found airframe pieces.
A few airframe pieces have been found further away from the crash scene. One was 15km away, aother two were 12km away in the west. [ It was not mentioned if these locations were in the same direction from the crash scene. ] SAR have been conducted in the nearby areas of these locations.
Experts from the natural resources department have assessed the crash scene and the 75 sq kms of surrounding areas for geological risks. Around the impact crater, 1500 sq meters have been imaged with ground-penetrating radar. The task force is evaluating plans to excavate the impact crater.

Chinese FM Wang Yi conducted the 3rd meeting between the FMs of the neighbouring countries of Afghanistan in Tunxi, China on March 31. During the press briefing after the meeting, Wang Yi spoke on if and when to recognize the Taliban interim government in Afghanistan.
"China always believes that (the international community) should not let Afganistan to fail as a nation. Afghanistan must not be excluded from the international community."
"Meanwhile, China takes notes of concerns that the international community, especially the neighbouring countries, still have regarding the situation in the country. We'd like to see the Afghan interim government speeding up transitioning into a civil authority. We expect that the interim government will do more in national reconciliation, protecting rights of women and children, and fighting off terrorism in particular. We need to see more visible progress made in these areas."
Wang said that, to address the concerns and meet the expectations, (the interim government) still has a lot to deliver. He finished by saying "We hope, and expect, that the Afghan interim government will keep walking towards this right direction."
