Bro No need, it is being overshadowed by Chinese brand drinks like milk tea, tea drinks and others.

Those American brands and their product had been Sinicized, An example, Kentucky China menu is different from that of the US and much better, Lincoln brand in China had better QC, more tech and design wise more attractive than their US counter part. In the Future they will be exported back to the US under the made in China brand.

Not to mention the Buicks, Fords --- the Mustang Mach-E is a good example, and so on are all made in China. The US companies also makes parts in China and ships it back to the US.

@Tam bro whatever criticism we had with the American Foreign policy, we had to acknowledge that we have friends, those US companies had find China attractive cause they were not constrained, the political stability so that they can planned ahead and its huge market. Its funny how the Western MSM frame the innovation story not knowing that China set the stage not them. Being open and using its huge market ,China is outcompeting the US. Sanction and banning is a double edge sword and most outcome is negative, it will bite you back with unintended consequences.

Nanjing Opto's ArF photoresist (28nm??) has been certified by two customers. At present, Nanjing Opto has two production lines with a production capacity of 25 tons.

@foofy Sir 25 tons each so total of 50 tons?

At present, ArF photoresist has built two production lines with a production capacity of 25 tons. At the same time, we also have plans to further reserve production capacity. Currently, we plan to expand production capacity to 50 tons, and relevant procedures are also being processed. But when it can be mass-produced, it still needs to be determined according to the customer's order situation.

Throw enough money and you'll make a Japanese speak Mandarin. Throw enough money and you'll convince an Indian to learn Mandarin.

Past pages in this thread had posts about how China was recruiting talent from Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and elsewhere.
And China's own vast pools of freshly minted students are going to help a lot. Money is King.
Money talks, BS walk away

The US is pretty much impotent at this point.

America is getting desperate. Throwing the kitchen sink and still not damaging them

Ironically it is actually good that the US keeps sanctioning so that the private companies don't slack off and try to use US products lol

The story is about a Lady scientist Ms Chang lin moniker the "CHIP DOCTOR" who had studied in the US and came back to lead the effort in Photonic chips. There are many people like her driven by patriotism, sense of mission/duty and giving back to society. A quality that is missing in the Western scientific community, as profit and corporate greed reign supreme. Like the previous post of @Tyler about SCMP article on how China overwork its scientist, they don't seem to understand the pride the Chinese scientist had put in their work and their role in the development of Chinese society. The common National aspiration of achieving the Chinese Dream.

China's scientific researchers are very good, and soon there will be good news of a major breakthrough in "photon quantum chips". This is simply a milestone victory for us. This exciting good news allows the domestic semiconductor industry to see the future.

This is a very painful but necessary growth process for China, no pain no gain... What would be really dangerous is if US reversed course and then lulled China into another false sense of security. I don't see that happening, they will only double, triple and quadruple down from here on out... but its up to China to survive and climb out of the IC Trap.
