They are not going to advertise the J-35 until the bird has flown at least.

Because it's still in development? There was no sign of the J-20 at Zhuhai until it was in service.

Yes, but at least in 2016 we got the first glimpse of the then-not yet flown V2 in a promotional video ... That's what I hope for.
