Good to have the video, but I don't think the presenter specifically talked about AMM-10, unless I missed something.

Unless the idea is that AMM-10 was in the same rough area where SAMs were being exhibited therefore implying AMM-10 is a SAM?
My logic was the following
1. Name is new, so should be a “new” product
2. There is some buzz regarding PL-15 export with the JF-17 Block 3
3. Doesn’t look like any known SAM and closest looking missile is PL-15

With respect to whether it is a SAM or AAM…
As you mentioned the video was talking about LY-70, the AMM-10 just happened to be in the background.
To support the AAM theory, there doesn’t seem to be any launching vehicle in the background.
Although it is displayed with some SAMs, looks like it’s just CASC’s exhibit in general.

Anyone know what this is?

Showing production line with a model as an example.

Maybe has something to do with those hints we got in recent years with floating assembly crew and equipment? I can't remember those but there were a few to do with aviation and one with a CNSA rocket. New production techniques and methods etc. Not just 3D printing components like China's been doing since FC-31 first prototype back in around 2012. Wow that's a long time ago... no one else is involving a lot of 3D printing and China's been doing it for nearly a decade.

The Americans have started some 3D printing for rocket engine parts in recent years so clearly a promising manufacturing technique to be used. Of course few countries other than China and maybe US have 3D printing tech (the one used by American space startup is possibly using Chinese sourced 3D printing systems though that isn't information they've made public) that is suitable for aerospace components. Material work and properties I haven't looked into but if it's good enough for fighters, it must be some seriously different 3D printing technology which amazingly has been in use for nearly a decade now by China at least.
