Looks like the employee on the right side of the screen is making phone call to emergency services, unless they are trained there’s not much they can do.

As a trained first aider, if someone is having a heart attack, we are told to call emergency services and get an AED. AEDs are impossible to find, because they are expensive to maintain, so not going to be found in a convenient store, so basically call an ambulance and that's it. Doing anything else could do more harm than good.
Exactly, love seen similar video footage in western shops etc. Without medical training one could do far more harm.
It just western media and social media trying to make China look bad again. Nothing to see here, move on.
