Isn't discussing religion against forum rules?
The point being made originally, which got Mohsin etc riled up because of the comparison to Islam, is that Hinduism is orthopraxic and thus has a bigger space in Hindu life than, say, Christianity. You can not go to church, have premarital sex, etc, and still be a Christian, because the definition is faith or orthodoxy (Muslims were shocked when I brought up that you don't have to follow any of Christ's teachings and you'd still be considered a Christian; recall the infamous injunction to turn the other cheek and how no one actually follows that).

If we're talking Indians, as opposed to Tibetans, the point is that the fact that so many Indian social features have a puranic justification suggests that India has difficulty modernizing its culture beyond Westernized elites. They can point to Ambedkar's "Abolition of Caste", but the caste system is baked into the religion, and the religion is relatively strong because of its orthopraxic nature. Caste in India can't simply be treated as a feudal relic for that reason; intellectually most educated Indians understand that caste is detrimental to the society, and they have affirmative action programs, but say, look at a Bollywood director list. It's all Brahmins / Kshatriya / Kayastha.

Man-portable HJ-12 anti-tank missile makes PLA debut in Tibet

China's HJ-12 man-portable anti-tank missile, previously known as a made-for-export weapon, is confirmed to be in service with the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), after it made its debut in a recent exercise organized by the PLA Tibet Military Command.
The top-attack, fire-and-forget missile, often compared with the US' Javelin, can destroy any main battle tank in the world, and will significantly boost the PLA infantry forces' anti-tank capabilities, experts said on Sunday. A brigade affiliated with the PLA Tibet Military Command recently conducted a series of exercises deep in the plateau region, according to a statement the command released on Thursday.

By providing individual soldiers with the capability to independently destroy a tank more effectively than older weapons, the commissioning of the HJ-12 will significantly boost the PLA's anti-tank capabilities, observers said.

Apparently this is only a stopgap. HJ-16 is the one they’ll induct in large numbers.

You can't beat them in that field unless you want to waste your life arguing with the talkers.

You can't claim you are better because you say so yourself and therefore everyone should admit they're wrong about everything and you're right about everything.

As the old saying:

Never argue with stupid people. They will drag you down to the level, and beats you with experience.

I've read about the AH4 Howitzer and noticed a variant ( AHS4) suitable for mountain warfare. I don't follow Army systems much but are they deployed at the borders ? Any exercises atleast where these howitzers have been air dropped close to border bases ?

Maybe they have, but frankly there are so many videos of high altitude artillery training in the region that I can’t keep track of them all. There have however been several air drop exercises near the border but they mostly involve air troopers and I don’t recall if they had artillery or armor.

There's not much information on AHS-4, is there? If this system has 3 ton weight and is capable of 155mm Rocket Artillery then PLA is certainly having a strong card.

I doubt it has the 155 caliber though ( AHS-4 specifically).

If you go by the purely Marxist definition, there are no communist countries.

How many impure communist country has a stock market that publish its total market capitalization, and whose performance indices are used by most global economic market reviews? How many communist finance ministries opines that Wall Street is over leveraged and what a reasonable debt ratio ought to be?

Communism is a Marxist fantasy land wherein "to each according to their need, each according to their ability" is realized and resources are wholly shared. No "Communist" country has claimed to be truly Communist, since in their own ideology Communism is a goal and Socialism is a reality.
