We cant blame the current production rate. They would rather have Su-57s mass produced with new weapons, avionics and engines. While the new Su-57 will be done with its testing the same date Su-70 hits mass production. The Su-70 prototypes will have updated designs as well.

Superb comparison photo between old (Delta-IV) and new (Borei-II)! Length is very similar, but Borei is wider and its sail lower - note outline of escape chamber hatch behind the missile compartment and pump jet peeking out of the calm waters.

It seems the Russians are going to build their own space station. That would suggest if there was participation in the Chinese space station, it will not be as a full and equal partner.

That was to be expected. China already has a plan for a full station. It would be hard to change the layout now.

The Russians are stating they will be withdrawing from the ISS starting in 2025. However, it should be noted: the Russians make comments like this historically when they want to renegotiate something with ISS.

Keith Cowing is something of a gadfly for NASA, but he does point out a lot of less than stellar bits there. He's been something of a journalist in the arena since the 90s:
