Rudds really saying America can regain the momemtum and upper hand if its willing to do whatever it takes, however immoral, to beat China... and that China by its self improsed rules like nonintervention will severly handicap its options thereby giving the US the chance to contain/erase China... Rudds saying Xi is wrong in his analysis because is naive and overlooks the extent America is willing to go to destroy China...

Yet some people still think 300 nukes is enough for China
That is somethings we don’t know in regards to China’s weapon capability since there are things that not even China shows to the world so brazenly, heck even that ship mounted rail gun is something that not many people pay attention to and a lot of people I know personally knows completely nothing of what China has in there arsenal. I believe that China is well aware of what that USA intends to do but they would try to draw things out to its absolutes before doing a fight and even that will come as a reaction. I believe that China has a lot of cards they have yet to play that neither of us have any real knowledge of.

China will keep playing the obvious economic card.

Then they will push a standard propaganda line

The United States, all they offer is confrontation, and war. The track record of the United States involved in war is indisputable. They are always at war with someone. Give President Trump credit, he did not start a new stupid war.

Does the other countries in Asia want to see Asia light up with the United States fighting a war on their behalf?

Does the other countries in Asia want to see more economic growth with China growing giving opportunities for all the countries in Asia to join along.

The standard propaganda line is thus, peace and economic opportunity is better than war and confrontation. China offers the former, the United States specializes in the latter.

Which way Asia will chose, is not in doubt. Even Europe choose the same way with the CAI. This is not news, except for the Americans who are so completed deluded, that it is stilled asked, Prism Prism on the wall, who is the most trustworthy one of all?

All this talk about nukes, is trying to convince people that there is no other option, the option of peace and economic growth is non-existent, and that war is inevitable and Vietnam must join the Americans for that day when the showdown with China arrives.

American propaganda is crap. It cannot convince anybody. Self serving to the max.

The choice being for Asia of war and peace, and the Americans are telling Asia that war and confrontation is better for you!

No doubt about it.

If the United States is NOT pushing war over peace in Asia, then what the hell are they exactly doing?

For the United States a major war in Asia is much better than peace.

Everyone in Asia will eventually come around to that same inescapable conclusion, just like banning Huawei.

We know, everyone on this forum, that deep down, there is no other choice for the Americans.

Asia is much better off with America fighting wars in it! It would be like the Middle East! Success!

:p

Repeat the same bs all the time in the stupid Liberal media, then people might become numb and only talk about one narrative.

War! War! War!

Tora! Tora! Tora!

It works for America.

nothing new. it seems Biden is not convinced by Xi's "win-win" solution. Xi did point out that the undermine and sabotage approach against China would lead to catastrophic confrontation.

Campbell is also known as one of the most pro-Japan officials in government. He is a key figure in a policy faction that sees Japan and its right-wing ruling Liberal Democratic Party as the linchpin of the US alliance system in the Asia region. Like many officials and think tank “experts,” he views South Korea—now under its most progressive government in years—as a subordinate partner to US and Japanese efforts to force North Korea to give up its nuclear weapons and contain the growing military power of China.
In an arrogant series of meetings detailed in secret diplomatic cables

, Campbell bluntly informed Hatoyama that the DPJ’s demands were “unhelpful” to the US-Japan alliance and threatened America’s ability to confront “the dramatic increase in China’s military capabilities” from its bases in Japan.
Japan and korea will go down as embarrassments in the history of Asia.

The shocking thing is the Japanese people or vietname people (not just right wing governments) likes America. This is despite the fact that the US dropped 2 nukes on japan, and hundreds on tons of Agent Orange on Vietnam.

Yet Vietnamese and Japanese people still love America.
