They are hedging (except for india) playing both side. If Biden won they will ask for a concession, its a bargaining tool, they expect China to come up with a financial package to help them in exchange for allowing usage of Huawei gear.

Horse is happy because he knows donkey will come through.
A year later, horse always sees donkey on the street and they talk, but donkey still owes horse that $100 bucks. But horse if fully confident that donkey will pay him back.
Horse told his wife about that, that donkey owes horse $100. Horse's wife kind of said nothing but kind of made a face, like how only a woman can do. But horse's confidence is not shaken, he is convinced his friend will re-pay that $100 and donkey will come through.
It has been two years now, and donkey has not paid horse back.
Horse is not deterred, he if fully confident donkey will come though.
So, that is why I need advice. Do you think donkey will come through at this point, I believe horse's wife made up her mind, but horse is fully confident donkey will come through and pay him back.

I want to see what kind of solution does China fanatics here have regarding to new US new strategy. Most western countries already banning Huawei and ZTE.

What I meant is countries are hating China because they are jealous of China recovery. Plus most of them believed China originated the vrius. It's the one to blame. The more China does better the more people jealous and hate.Hi TD739,

China's strategy is always to out-grow and out-develop its rivals because growth and development is China's strength. Not every move requires a counter-move or solution, because paying for other countries' telecom is about as desperate as it gets when it comes to America shouldering too much weight for its economy to handle. If Burger King has to resort to paying for everyone's meals that aren't MacDonald's then MacDonald's is killing Burger King, not the other way around.
It was already explained in #13,712. The world is bigger than the Western hostages that the US has. China and the developing countries that use Huawei are big enough for Huawei to grow and fortify its lead in telecoms technology until the Western nations realize that Huawei is the winning way and if you can't beat them, then join them. In such a short time, America's allies have been turned into its hostages; as American power continues to decline in relation to China's, the hostage will become escapees. And if they don't come around, well then, we can progress to a new world where Africa has better tech than Europe. I think the flip will be a refreshing change!
Nothing to do about that. They are jealous and uncomfortable with the fact that China and the Chinese way is superior. It's a big shock; they always believed opposite. I myself last year would not have thought that China would handle a pandemic better than the US. They need time to get used to it and accept it. The only thing China can do is to accelerate its development to speed the process.

What is being suggested, is that the United States is offering financing deals with regards to telecom purchases.
The simple and direct counter to that, is for Huawei to offer a better deal. Nothing more than that.
That's all they have to do, offer a better deal.
Offering a better deal is what China has been doing for the last 40 years, and what Huawei has been doing for the last 20 years.
They did not get there by western charity. They competed. They will continue to compete.
