It would interesting how to encourage city people to go down to country side to develope? What incentives can be offered to bring them over there as majority of city people unwilling to go. This will be main challenge of the dual circulation policy.

Urban people are not going to want to become rural in the sense that they will be more tied to agriculture. Instead, the government can create new cities where there was countryside, which is what China is best at doing.

This will be main challenge of the dual circulation policy.

That doesn't make sense. It has nothing to do with dual circulation. Don't try to be smart; it's not working.

We've yet to see any Huawei revenue contraction (which is over $100B now) but China's market is the fastest-growing market in the world. Huawei is also supported by many developing nations. Europe is only getting smaller and less important as a fraction of the world stage.

Reread the last post. Urban people don't relocate to the dirt-roaded agriculture-based countryside; they relocate to new modern cities built on what was countryside. Being illiterate doesn't get you a free pass to pretending you made sense.

You had to make yourself attractive (in an economic sense)for people to like you. China right now is the only country with a positive GDP growth 2020 and maybe over 7% next year. If that is not attractive enough I don't know what is? maybe America with a negative growth , possible civil unrest, people had the freedom to choose its poison....

Italy, India join belt road only to get cheap loan from China, and now they showed their true colors. A lot of countries in Belt and Road will do like them, just see in 1-2 years ahead

Some high quality countries that go through COVID recognize their faults and search the world over for examples to learn and improve from. Low quality countries lose their rationality in rage and blame everyone except themselves. China does not control the innate quality of countries.

Huawei dominates the Chinese market; Nokia and Ericsson have no chance there. Plus, they are fundamentally weaker than Huawei so there is no need to ban them whereas if Huawei is allowed to compete fairly in Sweden, Ericsson is done for.

That's aside from scale and scope of the nation. China is a huge country with dominant players in every sector and the power to mint new super players in months if needed so China can afford to have some suffer from foreign competition if it means bringing in some new technology. On the other hand, small countries like Sweden and the Netherlands really only have very few crown jewels like Ericsson and ASML that are irreplaceable if they go under so they are naturally much more protective of them.

There is a caveat will the Western country afford an upgrade? they're in recession right now so the roll out will be extended maybe at 2024?
One of the justification for the ban is the availability of Huawei chips, if HW can solved it and flood the market will they change their mind, I wonder?
