Anyone notice the two openings on top? They are shaped such that the two "poles" (com or electro-optics) can be folded in. That means the UUV can stored in cylindrical format, they seems too large for 650mm torpedo tude though, however this design had to deployed from something...

You could add a section to a hull with a garage in it like the USS Jimmy Carter, or you could just attach it to the surface of the sub.

I mean, it makes sense to have sensor poles that can become flush with the hull when not in use; given the size of this particular design and the size of the sensor poles, a fold down method is logical.

They're obviously far too large to be deployed from a torpedo tube. If you want to deploy them from a submarine you'll need a submarine with a dedicated payload bay or at least an external accommodation point.

How deep can these bad boys dive and hunt their prey?:D
It is unmanned, so in theory as deep as the bottom of the ocean. In practice, there is a small buoyancy control needed because the density of sea water changes, but way less challenging than a manned sub, so it certainly goes much deeper than any sub, say some thousand meters below the surface.

The two bright stubs are certainly attachment devices. The knob with pointy top and bar of smaller diameter is typical of quick attach and release mechanism.

The bars on the under-side are very likely attachment devices as well, instead of part of the supporting structure of the truck, because the screws at the bases of each bar.

It should be able to be launched from both surface mother ship and submarines.

If not have been mentioned, the blue circled device seems to be fordable fin/wing for gliding to increase duration and range by conserving energy.
