傷右眼女發律師信反對交資料予警

八月十一日尖沙咀衝突，一名女子右眼受傷。究竟她的傷勢是怎樣造成，當事人在片段中沒有透露，警方指調查了近一個月仍未確定到。警方早前指透過法庭手令，取得醫療記錄就能進一步釐清事實。
消息指，警方先後兩次向法庭申請手令，向醫管局索取醫療記錄，第一次因未掌握到傷者個人資料，院方處理不到，到上星期第二次取得手令，要求醫管局交資料，警方現時仍未看到記錄。
為何未看到？據了解，女子早前委託了律師去信醫管局反對醫院交出記錄，醫管局回覆表示，公立醫院有既定程序處理索取醫療記錄的申請，未得到病人同意不宜評論。
