Espionage involving China

Don't jump the guns, NZ is still in the process of investigating. The US will probably ask for an inquiry towards NZ of their screening process and ask why a person with records teaching at PLA spy school and was member of CCP admitted into NZ majority political party with clearance to sensitive diplomatic papers.

US may suspend NZ from the Echelon program if they cannot come up with a satisfying response and how they will prevent such situation from happening again.

I'm sure they can make up a crime since they want to cover-up the fact they're violating his human rights. Usually in a country that believes in the rule of law, you wait until you find a crime that was committed before an investigation not announcing an investigation in hopes of fishing for one.

What human right violation are you talking about?
As a member of parliament, New Zealand has every right to scrutinize a person of interest.

And their Five Eyes program didn't expose him beforehand? The NSA didn't warn New Zealand they had guilty spy among them in government? So is Five Eyes just a fraud or it just didn't find anything? Just look at yourself presuming he's guilty just because he associated with being Chinese. You yourself don't believe in human rights and a democratic due process.

He is a person of interest and had lied of his past during election towards his constitutes not including his past teaching at a PLA spy school.
That is false academic career statement during a election campaign at best perjury at worst. He is guilty of that for sure.

And again I am still waiting your reply on what human right violations had New Zealand authorities committed?

Have the US expressed any unhappiness yet? If the answer is affirmatory, have they begun any move as a result of their unhappiness?

Deflect what? Did I write anything about human rights violation?
Go back to my posts!

Sorry my bad, although you wrote about NK lobbying some missile which has nothing to do WHATSOEVER.
As for if the US made any inquires you should ask antiterror13 since he is from New Zealand.
Kind of strange though if he resides in New Zealand he should have known about this news that is plastered all over, I wonder why he hadn't mentioned anything about it?

The list MP Jian Yang did not mention in his work or political CVs a decade he spent in the People's Liberation Army-Air Force Engineering College or the Luoyang language institute run by China's equivalent of the United States National Security Agency.

That is perjury right there.
