It's not a flipped-over picture, judging by how the front wheel's door opens. So the aircraft actually was running an unsusual direction.

Flipping over a picture will produce a mirror image of everything including the number 2002 (the FW's door is hard to tell since it's symmetrical). So the picture is not flipped over. The 2002 could be going the opposite direction or it could be that someone took the picture from the other side facing towards the fence where the fanboys are. Or it could be the 2002 has landed even earlier than the rumour we've just heard?

I think it's just on of the high speed taxi tests, coming to an end. If it were a landing, we would have seen neww all over the Chinese forums.

Why do you think it's not landing from a flight? The nose was clearly off ground and the break chute was opened. If taxiing, I believe the nose will not be off ground.

Simply since the first flight was confirmed today and we've already seen similar high-speed tests + aborted take-offs + drag-chute braking with no. 2001.

Do You really think the first flight if it had occurred yesterday would have been unnoticed ???

I read a post some 4 hours ago on CD. The poster said that he was lucky to have just witnessed the first flight of the 2002. I just couldn't figure out when the said filght had taken place today... and when was the photo we have been discussing here had been taken. If the photo is certain to have been taken today, then yes, there is a possibility that it was indeed the photo of 2002's first landing!

As for using the FW's door to determine which side we are looking at the aircraft, it's valid because it hinges on the left side when the aircraft faces us...
