In my opinion, PLAAF should be looking at a good mix of fighters. When it comes to J-10s, I would say that PLAAF should go for J-10Bs when it matures and is on full-scale production. Preferably around (1100) J-10Bs, (700) J-11Bs, (500) JF-17s (If PLAAF actually wants them), (300) J-20s would put PLAAF in the top three 'Air Dominance' air forces in the world. And when it comes to PLAN, it should be understood that with 6-8 aircraft carriers, they should hold an fleet of atleast (600) J-15s!
