Bessent sounds like he is about to cry.
Not sure if already discussed, but looks like the 2 tankers weren't refuel capable, so no daisy-chain theory, raises the likelihood of either direct or indirect combat damage....However, even if the Iraqis shot it down, how would they know there were 6 on board? That isn't the standard crew, right, and surely the chaos of the blast would've made body recovery quite difficult (given only 4 have been found so far).Iraqi pro resistance account with links to the PMF, posted and pinned the number "6" in Persian (Farsi) several hours before CENTCOM announced that a KC-135 crashed in Iraq, it was also clarified today that 6 crewman died in the incident related to the KC-135 crash

Weird
Iraq extends airspace closure for additional 72 hrs amid regional tensions
Well it says the post was edited, so you can ignore it completely anyway. Although it did turn out that 6 crewman died after the incidentsNot sure if already discussed, but looks like the 2 tankers weren't refuel capable, so no daisy-chain theory, raises the likelihood of either direct or indirect combat damage....However, even if the Iraqis shot it down, how would they know there were 6 on board? Oh I am very familar with aircraft dynamics from what I do for a living.I don't know if you just ignored physics class, but if you believe that an object with the mass of such an aircraft, traveling at such speeds, would instantly lose all of it's momentum and essentially stop mid air, then I can't help you. Not to mention that the engine getting blown off would have ripped the wing off, which in turn would have induced a rolling motion and a loss of altitude essentially immediately. Which in this case would have meant that the aircraft would have dove in front of the trailing one. Which makes it impossible to clip the vert stab.
Again, just because you want something to be true, is no excuse to discard logic and reason.
Yep, but that 'aura' has begun to bite back , they are now afraid of posting losses as they see it as image-failure, even though losses in a war are part of itThe 'aura of invincibility' or 'psychological dominance' is part of deterrence. That's why US and Israel spend so much effort covering up their own losses. And rubbishing Chinese and Russian kit too.
Sinking carriers-naval ships esp with modern damage control is hard, causing some damage on it is honestly enoughOutright sinking it would result in the escalation ladder blowing up.
Nah Israel is toooo protected, you gotta realise that right now not only AD's are protecting israel but the wholeThat is why I do not like how the Iranians are fighting this war. Iran should have hit Israel harder, 2x to 5x times as hard. They look like they are wimping out the Iranian leadership.
This was mostly Arab village and curiously, didnt launch interceptors at it..Dozens injured in missile attack on Israel
BBC
Dozens of people have been injured after missiles hit a village in northern Israel in the early hours of Friday, Israel's emergency services says.
The Magen David Adom ambulance service (MDA) said paramedics treated 58 patients and took them to local hospitals after the strike in Zarzir, near Nazareth.
A woman who Israeli media said was injured by shrapnel was in a moderate condition, while MDA said 57 others were "in very mild condition from glass shards, with minor injuries".
The Israeli military said members of the Home Front Command have been sent to the scene.
"The forces are conducting a situational assessment at the scene in co-operation with emergency and rescue authorities, in order to clear the scene," the Israeli military said in a statement.
"The circumstances of the incident are under review," it added.

That line and Em-dashes show that this was witten by Ai not the person, they didnt edit itChina remains an economic power, but the U.S. has military, economic and political power. It is using all these elements to reshape the world. This is not a jazz improvisation — it is a harmonious melody that is helping to attain peace through strength
Damn, thats brave as fuck but very very scary and Hmm still no Mojtaba, i think he is hospitalised or even dead but being kept as a psychological thing
'DO you bleed..?'One thing this war has shown is western forces bleed like everyone else.
Consequences of being Shiairanians are a little too willing to martyr themselves
