Yeah, everyone got good trigger discipline and proper armor wearing. So the training is correct and working. How about we stop cherry picking every fuck ups and just let them train so more?

I swear, some people in this forum are perfectionists. Hell, I didn't even notice the scope was backwards when I first saw the pic.

People need to understand the PLA is still modernizing and that it will take awhile until all the horrible and bad things are fixed, what matters is if it’s getting better not wether their perfect in every way with no issues that’s simply not realistic for any military. of course we should point out issues but nitpicking every detail that’s been pointed out before isn’t going to do any good

There are thousands of pictures all over the web of troops from every country fucking up. No one is excusing the mistake, but you are acting like a perfectionist.

That guy in the lower right put the optic on backwards. New fancy gears mean nothing if the training remains so poor. They still have a very long way to go.

that’s not a minor fucking detail, that’s a soldier having no idea how to use the weapons he’s been issued. That points to massive failure at every level. “Not perfect”, no it’s pretty far from perfect, it’s actually quite far from any kid who’s played a video game involving shooting. These aren’t even recruits, they’re giving responsibilities to these morons.

It is possible he's trolling. It's just hard to imagine that anyone would look through a scope and not notice it was mounted backwards, but that US Navy captain did it, too. So, hard to say.

Stop acting like a few bad mistakes means the PLA is incompetent. The PLAGF isn’t perfect their still improving and have compared to the last decade what your doing is nitpicking everything and blowing it out of the water, every military has mistakes. Yes this is a problem that should be fixed but it’s not as big as deal your making it

Damn the PLA and China for being a peace-loving country. Maybe if they invaded everyone and got constant hard experience with getting shot at, then none of these issues would persist.

But since that's clearly not the case, ragging on a bunch of greens for every single fuck up isn't going to improve their training. Especially points that have been called out for the last couple of hundred pages. At this point, might as well just close this thread since it's constant complaining over the same shit again and again every few pages rather than showing new stuff.

Training and gear are improving, but malpractice within 3 million troops doesn't magically disappear overnight ot even within a few years. Especially when you're transitioning everyone into a more disciplined force.

I mean simple things like this is not rocket science, and lack of trigger/muzzle discipline is a bad sign. As a military that has been unproven they will be held to a higher standard.
