Looks like it missed than because it did hit the hospital
Looking at the direction of the broken glass and the objects, looks more like shock wave damage from a nearby building who got hit.
I can think of 2 reasons.
1. It's speculated that there's military base in hospital basement.
2. Iran's red crescent hospital was hit just days (or yesterday?) before

As for this salvo, its timing was as follows:

That’s possible but according to doctors who worked at the hospital it suffered a dricet heat and according the Israeli government but I take that with less reablity but I hope they actually didn’t target one
Has there been an established interceptor to incoming ratio? like 3:1 as the standard, etc.
Whether its incidental damage doesn't matter, it's whether they can weaponize this to manufacture consent. Delicate timing.
Hopefully somebody? gets a clear picture of where the impact crater is.
Do they have proof there’s a military base in this extact hospitals basement though?
