Yep, especially since they did it for the first time for a ship this big.
Heads will roll shortly. The ship is totaled most likely.

So what is your assessment of the possible damage to the ship and repair times?
I can not make any judgement and for that matter anyone else, too soon to assert anything though some will insist of it being a write off even though there is always possibility of a repair or outright replacement of sections of the warship due to modular/block construction.
Lets be honest, we do not even know it went the tilt/roll to the side, by that I mean speed/velocity/force of it.
For all we know it could have been a slideshow.

It absolutely is not clear image and your lack of perception is evident since it is AI enhanced image, not original satellite imagery.
