Indian forces have been having a series of high profile accidents/mishaps lately, beginning with 2019 balakot "strikes" that destroyed a bunch of trees and prompted Pakistani retaliation which ended up costing India a Mig-21 and a helicopter with around 6 people on board (friendly fire).
Then came the Galwan clash where they ended up losing 20 (+1 later due to a mine planted by the PLA back in '62) and a chunk of territory. Shortly thereafter, we saw the VIP helicopter crash carrying their loud mouth CoS Bipin Rawat.
They also failed some parameter of their moon rover landing mission and now this Tejas crash. Seems like they can't catch a break. Is it a personnel/equipment issue or just overall incompetency?

I like how the indians on twitter are taking this as proof of superior hindu engineering since it's the first crash 20 years after first flight, and not the fact that only 50 of them are made lol, with a lot being prototypes.

1. Multiple satellite images have proven that India did not lose any territory in the galwan standoff.
