now I read
Roll-On/Roll-Off Capability Key to V-22 Future

Parker also said that weapons trials with the MV-22B have been ongoing, including with guided 2.75-inch rockets, the AGM-176 Griffin missile and two other weapons he was not free to discuss. He said that “everything is an option” to give the MV-22 the capability counter enemy fire in a landing zone, given that the Osprey is too fast for helicopter gunship escort. He said there also the option of turning the Osprey into a “small AC-130-type gunship.”

Realistically V22 can never equal the power of a AC130 gunship. It's to small. but I think it can be gunshipped.
Start with the established
rocket osprey.jpg
Osprey rocket pods as an opener. That allows use of APKWS, Hellfires or Griffin missiles.
gaurdianAV22.jpg
Add a the Guardian with a 12.7mm Gau 19
right now these two alone would be a infantry killer add in a 30mm bushmaster ramp mounted
Kongsberg 30mm RWS.jpg
and maybe a crew served weapon like a MK 47 mod 0 door mounted for more anti infantry and light vehicle.

...
wouldn't it be too "fragile" for this? recently I've noticed it can fold in 90 seconds

I mean from the engineering point of view it's of course impressive, but I'm guessing the machine is vulnerable to a damage to many components ... but I'm just asking LOLOL I tend to think about armor plates while these days they can come up with composites

AC130's are unarmored. they fly at higher altitudes and use speed to prevent attack by ballistic anti aircraft weapons. The longer range rockets and missiles can also soften up a target by taking those out first allowing the guns to some in. If they encounter guided antiaircraft they have countermeasures, Flares and Chaff.

yeah the armor is light, only small arms resistant. and other versions of the AC130 have less armor as it compromises flight performance. The Harvest hawk used by the Marines is a straight conversion of a KC130J
The osprey does have armor kits by the Way.

?

in response to your "I think it can be gunshipped." (it's on top of this page) I tried to ask something to the effect if it's not too risky to send 100m machine against some John Rambo with an RPG who would blow off the beautiful nacelle

Rambo actually would have to be pretty close to a Helicopter or hovering aircraft to hit it with an RPG, It's a ballistic system designed to drop over range and turn with wind they were designed for Tanks on the ground. Where they have downed helicopters is when it was in low hover doing overwatch.
higher altitude and the situation changes.
Tiltrotors have higher altitude advantages if they deem dealing with a heavy RPG threat a must and that is where rockets and a 30mm would come in as they have a longer range.
