    #Fincantieri unveiled their #FFGX proposal for the US Navy today at #SAS Sea Air Space outside Washington. The ship is based on the Italian FREMM frigate.

    Navantia's turn to show off its FFG(X) design. The ships don't look that differently from Fincantieri's as the USN has already decided what sensors and weapons you're going to put in, leaving the hull as the main differentiator.
