That doesn't say HQ-11, it says Red-11, it's a SHORAD with both missiles and gun.

I particularly like this picture, because it illustrates exactly what @lcloo wrote earlier in the post below, in the transport, tanker & heavy lift aircraft forum: "And the red color equipment with wheel is mobile platform for service and maintenance of wing, engine and refueling pods."
To all those who were disappointed by Zhuhai Airshow 2021 -- this year's airshow is shaping up to be a great one. It may even exceed 2018 in greatness.
I am still biting my nails wishing for 1000kg PGM on J-16 in static display!

Each Zhuhai Airshow exceeds the previous one's expectations because there will always be something new, therefore visitors are drawn to the belief that the anticipated event must be the "best" one so far.
