Looks like something from Ace Combat or Yukikaze or Macross :p
Indeed that's exactly what it is, here's the trade mark for it:

AVIC's media company is doing a whole sci-fi setting (novel, manhua, animation, game, etc etc) called Ultravic and that thing Kalavinka is an aircraft in that setting, here's a video where you see shots of it along with a transforming J-15:

What do we think this "floating production line" thing is all about? It must be related to those cartoon hints we got years ago. I'm not sure if anyone remembers and have saved those images.

MA MA MIA, and this is the export version! I wonder what the range for the actual HQ-9B in service with the PLAAF is. No wonder some US DoD sources state that the HQ-9B (in service with the PLA) has a range of nearly 300km. Combined with AESA radar, that is an extremely powerful system (surpassed only by S-400's 40N6 and even out-stick the SM-6).

Now this is a big piece of news. Finally an official confirmation of HQ-9B range. While this is almost certainly range against cooperative, slow targets and not alerted fighter jets, it's still a huge figure. Given that the HQ-9 missiles are slightly smaller than the missiles for S-300/400 this is basically utilization of tech level in between the Russian 48N6DM (250 km range) and 40N6 (400 km range)
there is 500km intercept test several years ago.
