I think it’s a reflection off the actual navigation light which is clearly visible.
In the upper photo the rear chopper isn’t showing the effect. None of the photos seem to show any lights around the cabin and well we see the effect on the forward greenhouse on the right side it’s the rear on the left.

Off topic, but I have a question. What is the latest situation about the heavy attack helicopter project?

No, it's a real LED strip that they rigged around the window. Zoom in on the image below to see.

I wonder what purpose the lights outlining the window serves. It's also been equipped on Z-19, except here it's glowing red (second image).

Seems to just to stuck to the outside of the windows with tape.

Either it’s a one-off set up for pretty lights during a night time flying display, or maybe they are testing something else and using the helicopters as targets, with the lights for visual verification purposes.
