I've only seen the new pod equipped on Z-10ME. Yes, it indeed fires guided rockets. I'm not sure if the old pods fire guided rockets or not.

I’m still confused about guidance, as it clearly doesn’t have a laser seeker, but the Z10 doesn’t have a radar to give MMW guidance.

Hello friends, is there a more powerful new gen engine in development for this helo? Or maybe new gen heavy attack helo in development?

There is no radar on Z-10, what made you believe there was?
I saw a wiki article saying that it wasn't standard but I don't think I've ever seen a radar on it.

I wonder what sensors the Z-10 uses to find targets especially since most modern helicopters have some form of radar. I guess just optical sensors?

Don't trust everything you read on wikipedia.

radars are not standard for attack helicopters.
Some attack helicopters do have them, but there are also many that do not.

Electro optic sensors are standard.

The first Z-10 had extra composite-material armour panels attached to both sides just below cockpit windows.

There appear to be two people sitting in the cockpit of the first helicopter. Other helicopters might also have people in them. Meanwhile, the grass on the ground appears to be yellow. All the helicopters appear to be black in the image, which appears to have been taken during daytime. I believe those buildings in the background might be hangars and control towers, and they have what appear to be blue roofs. The structures might be made of reinforced concrete. Also note that all the helicopters feature rotors, and they appear to be hovering in the air. Speaking of air, even though you can't see it, but helicopters need air to operate.

I'm surprised you missed all these details. Let me know if you think I've missed anything.
