A few pics I took while visiting PAF Sargodah a few years ago:

Ex-Jordanian F-16, I think this is one of the ones that was due to go through MLU in Turkey:20151218_152817.jpg
Viper A's cockpit... I know it looks ancient... but the almost unlimited field of view you get from a Viper cockpit is unreal...
20151218_153046.jpg

Notice how high the control panel is relative to the walls of the fuselage, it feels like you're sitting on a chair perched on a cliff
You can almost look straight down, and check your six, without any obstructions to your view

Next stop was the Thunder hangar
The mood here was markedly different
The engineers were cheerful, more relaxed, and loved telling me how this is our own fighter
20151218_160128.jpg

Cockpit view from the Thunder
I posted this on the Thunder's wikipedia page as well
Notice the "CCS" sign board, I think that points to the "Combat Commanders School", which is the PAF's "Top Gun" school
20151218_161140.jpg

Much more modern cockpit than the Viper A
3 MFDs and many less analog dials.
And of course, the flight stick in the center
(I've heard this will be shifted to the right hand side in the Block 3, like in the Viper (sorry left handed pilots lolz)
20151218_160230.jpg

I was literally petting the Thunder when I saw it for the first time lol
I was so excited and proud!!!
