The training was an example of U.S. Africa Command and U.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa’s commitment to maintaining strong military relationships with our allies and partners. A French Marine Nationale Sailor signals that a French Marine Nationale E-2C Hawkeye is ready to launch on the flight deck of France’s Marine Nationale aircraft carrier FS Charles de Gaulle (R 91) in the Red Sea, April 15, 2019.
