No it’s not. That’s a regular Blackhawk in piss poor quality of a cell phone camera. There’s no reason for any Stealth hawk to be in Afghanistan. The Taliban lack radar. The tail and exhaust look like that as the photo is at an angle and the light and lens as well as camera compression are playing with the details.

640 Civilians not US troops.
640 people whom would probably have their throats slit by the Taliban. Like many whom sadly didn’t get that option as the Taliban broke the Afghan National government.

The lucky few. Hundreds ( likely thousands) more stranded back in Afghanistan awaiting their fates. These are the people and families who helped US and NATO forces putting their lives at stake.

The failure to pick these people up seems more deliberate than anything. Quite the "Undesirables" considering the current right leaning resurgent political narratives within US.

The lucky few whom clearly are desperate to get out before the Taliban retakes actual control. I mean there were people literally climbing on C17 as they took off. People whom fell to death. The Army has (Present tense) to chase people from the runways to keep them from killing themselves. The US is still on the ground. And it’s not just there remember the ANA didn’t just turn and give up large numbers whole divisions fled the country. What this really means is the only thing that held the place together was the US and NATO.
When the Obama administration began negotiating with the Taliban and Trump administration signed the documents. They built the gallows. The Biden administration put the prisoner in the rope Taliban was the fall.
People In Kabul will try and flee with the USAF, and right now I guarantee the boarders to India, Pakistan, and all the other states are probably clogged with refugees trying to flee.

India doesn't have a border with Afghanistan ( it exists only on paper). Those regions are at present Pakistan controlled Kashmir.
China doesn't have a road route to Afghanistan.
The border with Iran is blocked and under heavy patrol ( due to terrorist threat at Shia Iran).

Well to do Afghans regularly travers to India for education. You can say that the boarder is disputed yet it’s still there and people whom want out will find ways. Just look at the huge refugee migrations already underway. In Europe and North America.
Those trying to cross into the US are not primarily Mexican anymore, mostly more southern but even then you have high numbers of Asian and African migrants. Farther it’s all road on that route. They cross oceans and hard jungles. Deserts and mountains bandits and rape gangs. If people are desperate enough to try and Climb on a jet like Indiana Jones in raiders of the lost arc. They are desperate enough to climb mountains, risk patrols, Ignore boarders

I suggest you have a look at a map before you comment. Afghans do travel to India, but they do so by plane.
