So basically Turkey threatening EU and NATO if they don't help him, Erdogan will flood Europe with refugee. Well well i really want to know EU and European this time will blame who for this mess. 1/Turkey because they don't keep refugee for themselves. 2/ US because started all of this from day one. 3/ Refugee because those hopeless homeless starving subhuman don't want to find place buries themselves so not cause trouble to noble mightiest race of Earth. Or blame themselves because they let them became someone who- already-know-who paw.

If the situation doesn't de-escalate soon the Turks will be in a serious trouble. Already they are in Libya assisting an Islamist government and things are pretty complicated there as well. Moreover, Greece is not in a much good mood considering turkey sending refugees to the former. Currently Europe is in a tight situation because of ncovid-19. In this critical situation turkey's stunt of blackmailing is being considered a punch below the belt.

I didn't hear of the full text of the Sochi agreement, but I know about the Sochi agreement.
I am afraid you don't know how to properly use the particular idiom ever heard of X. Anyway, let's assume that I don't know about the agreement. Could you tell me what's the relevant part for this discussion? There are arguments and counter-arguments from both Russia and turkey in this regard. Thus, it's pretty hard to find out the exact course of action that led to the present situation. However, it's also very important to note that it's turkey which has long been known as one of the primary sources aiding the terrorists.
Which part of the agreement you want me to have a look at?

point #3 "A demilitarized zone, 15-20 kms deep in the de-escalation area will be established."

(31 minutes ago I linked an unrelated article about Kurds, sorry)

EDIT now I see that point doesn't say the demilitarized zone will be there forever, no, so we may skip any play of words

Great!

Now I would love to draw your attention to point5 and point7.

Point7 requires that terrorist activities be stopped by 15th October, 2019. Among many terror outfits roaming across idlib(with support provided by none other than TAF) the likes of HTS deserve special mention for its brutalities. It actually beheads captured civilians or government soldiers. Declared as a terrorist organisation by the US, the UK, and (surprise!) turkey, HTS, like other banned terror organisation, still active in idlib. Today is 1st March btw.

Point7 is more serious. Both parties agreed to use drones for surveillance and NOT for assault. Russians are saying that before the strike that killed ~50 turks there was an attack on a pantsir system by a Turkish UAV. Such act clearly violated the trust between Russia and turkey. Till a few days ago this claim was not verified but soon after the turks themselves, in a fit of raze, published lots of videos showing armed drones bombing Syrian armour.

Now, could you tell me what does point3 has to do with my comment. I am still not quite sure what exactly you were insinuating at.
