@Deino @siegecrossbow Guys, it's just something they made the TA Pakistan team do to keep them busy (to show the Pakistani politicians that they are involved in the project so they should also order it).

It may look useless, but it is a proven method to test designs regardless of how crude the model looks, because the main focus is the center of gravity and weight-to-scale. It is supplementary to the many hundreds of wind tunnel tests that TA has conducted for the Kaan...

It's not at all a noteworthy milestone, not a milestone even. TA rigorously bought hundreds of hours at local and international wind tunnels and flew a couple of these crappy looking weight-to-scale RC planes before flying the GTU-0 demonstrator.
