I believe the first one is the US MOAB and the second a regular BORA missile.

It is evidently not Bora/Khan as Bora has fins, a pointier nose and is also less thick.

Interestingly the overall shape is similar to that of Roketsan's Sounding Rocket 1.0, though SR1.0 supposedly has Grid fins so we can't jump to conclusions yet...
