It's hilarious to me that:

1. They could only get "nearly a dozen" countries onboard with designating Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization, given how many countries are under their control and influence. How many is "nearly a dozen" anyways? 8? 9? 10? 11?

2. They already started investing in the White House-related renovations starting in 2020. Probably thought they'd definitely get 8 years minimum with a dice roll on monarchy.

This issue will definitely be considered during approval. You need to declare how much rare earth your parts actually require, and high-purity rare earths will never be easily approved. China's licenses, like US chip regulations, will be revoked if your parts are found where they shouldn't be.

China can just reduce rare earths exports, and just let these yankees shift round their dwindling supplies.

China should block all REE export to everyone period, any country that wants REE has to join BRI and swap dollar for RMB for trade. Otherwise they can buy Chinese finished goods products instead...

China should blacklist asml, tsmc, intel etc no matter what. This forces rest of the world to use smic,smee,huawei,etc chips

If they are forced to buy Chinese chips, then they have to use Chinese software thus adopting Chinese platforms and ecosystems... further supporting Chinese currency etc in a loop

China wins the AI race full stack, from REE to EUV to GPU to LLM models etc etc to API
Then China gets to charge the rest of the world the AI tax that I talked about earlier... further propping up RMB and Chinese hegemony and making China the first hyperpower civilization state
