As mentioned, the aren't random and it is a side effect of Ukranians putting military installation in the middle of residential areas to the point it was so blatant, Amnesty International called them out earlier in the war for it

I don’t trust ether Russian or Ukrainian sources but I do trust what I have seen what is Ukrainian troops walking around the central part and western part near the sign. Do you have any information on why the videos I have seen are fake or old?
