An episode of the assault on a Ukrainian position by soldiers of the 89th Tank Regiment of Russia. The video was filmed near the settlement of Dyleevka in Donbass. It was not possible to establish which Ukrainian unit participated in the battle. As a result of the battle, the Ukrainian unit was forced to retreat, as shown at the end of the video. The video has been shortened.

Combat work of Russian FPV drone operators in Ukraine. The video was published by the Center for Advanced Unmanned Technologies "Rubicon". The video shows the work of Russian FPV drone interceptors. In the video you can see quite a few popular Ukrainian drones, including reconnaissance UAVs Leleka-LR, UAV Shark-M, UAV "Furia" and other models. This is the second part of the combat work of FPV drone interceptors.

In Russia, tests of promising small-sized combat laser systems for countering UAVs have been conducted. The names of the laser systems are not reported. The event was organized by the Board of the Military-Industrial Complex and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia with the participation of leading defense industry enterprises: companies that are part of the Rostec State Corporation and organizations of the Rosatom State Corporation. The tests were conducted with lasers with a power of 15 to 25 kW. In the video, you can see episodes of drone destruction, with destruction using laser air defense.

So the birds just like break the fiber optic cables into smaller sections? I thought it has high tensile strength over 10km-15km distance, do birds just break it easily or they getting already pre-cut strands (i.e., trashbin)?

Ukraine doesn't mobilize men under 25 because it is actually one of the smallest demographic groups and would wreck their future post war. Further proof that Russia is inflicting demographically significant casualties.
They have 1 year compulsory conscription for men aged 18-27.
The step from being conscripted to being put in the regular army really isn't that big, even if you have to sign a contract.

They inherited the Soviet system, so it's really just the same as the Russians, except they lowered the age of mobilization to 25 and just like Russia they lowered conscription time of service to 1 year from 2 years.
