Some says the Bison served as a guise of technological transfer, primary turbine engines that's more compact than what China can make domestically.

These heavy lifters from Ukraine will add serious punch for PLAN

Reason is simple, they travel so fast and lift a big load, can be deployed quickly to conflict zones and surprise the enemy

But in too few numbers to make serious impact, remember the formula of having one deployed you need at least 2 at reserves for backup or parts or relief.

Might be tough to use if Taiwan's UAV programs continue to gain traction.

What UAV programs would those be? Personally I'd be more worried about airborne AEWC that can detect large RCS zubrs before they reach shore/in transit and end up directing attack helicopters or strikers to intercept. But then again any amphibious assault won't be sent in without the semblance of air superiority.

This is not always the case of every ship, it depends on the readiness state, now the Royal Navy is learning "surge" tactic from USN, basically they are going to achieve the capability to deploy both QE Carriers simultaneously if the need arises anywhere in the world at anytime

This is a very valuable step, its means both carriers will be on high state of readiness, so if China gets four of these crafts they can get 2-3 out if nessasary, each Zubr can lift 500+ tons or 300-400 troops, in a fast manoeuvre that is a great asset to have, a fast quick lighting move with a serious punch can stagger the defending troops before larger troops arrive, a fast move can also out flank a defensive position the advantages are many

That formula mainly applies to warships that normally are in active service whenever available.

Carriers, destroyers, subs etc need to spend a lot of time for refit and maintenance because they would have just come back after spending months out at sea, and would go back out as soon as they are ready again.

Assets like LCACs are more like missiles than regular warships because they spend most of their time back to base and would be kept at a very high level or readiness/availability when not in active use. These assets do not normally go on patrol, and if they are used, it would usually be for training, which would not take them far from base nor require the kind of total overhaul and fitting out after a long patrol.
