This list really has no value of contributing to something that we don't presently know and its future value is negative, since anyone of us can make a similar and probably better list.

Please don't just post every random list you see on Chnese forums.

The vessel sort of looks like a cross between a Hobart Class AEGIS of the Aussies, and a Daring Class of the Brits.

However, I still see only 64 VLS cells.

If the PLAN builds such a vessel, which looks pretty capable in terms of AAW, surface attack (is that a 130mm or 155mm gun?), and ASW, then I would expect them to get up to the 96 VLS cell level, meaning 48 fore and aft, or 64 at one end and 32 at the other.

The two FL-3000N units look good, providing 36 more missiles for close in defense and it looks to have a couple of 1030 CIWS gun systems as well. So such a vessel will have excellent close-in self defense capabilities.

I personally believe that with the Type 052D, the PLAN has a very good platform for area coverage air defense and an excellent escort for its carrier and amphibs. The Type 052C is also a very good vessel in that regard, just not as many missiles or as varied a loadout as the 052D. Six 052Cs and perhaps a dozen or more 052Ds will provide excellent capabilities to the PLAN, even without the larger vessel.

I don't think so. Depends on the center of mass.

Take a look at an AEGIS cruiser. They appear very top heavy, and in fact had to have some corrections early on. Now, after 30+ years at sea for some of the vessels, they are recognized as very decent sea faring and handling vessels.

Also, look at the Hobart and Daring Classes. They are very similar in appearance and ratios.
