Man there is so much awesome stuff on bilibili, how can we miss it? Look at this J-50 CGI!

Thank you-absolutely love how the moveable/morphing tail rudders become part of the lifting surface of the diamond(lambda?)wing when folded down and up when extra maneuverability is need in a close-in fight-all speculation of course but to see it in CGI action is so great.

Very hard to tell given the image quality.
All the illustrations from old US research papers have Spoiler Slot Deflector so I'll be surprised if it doesn't have it. On the other hand I'll be pleasantly surprised if it also has folding stabilizers like in the illustrations.

Even US tailless drones have it:

Side-bays for WVR PL-12? With the J-35A (and all future J-35 variants for that matter) not having the side-bays, I'd assume the next-gen fighters won't have them either, even on the maneuverability-focused design (J-50 vs J-36).

It would look damn cool though, as it does in this (highly) speculative CGI.
J-35 may have been just too small to side bays in; they aren't particularly small.
I. e. nothing more and nothing less than an accepted design compromise.
