Is the CGI based on unseen footage? or still the blurry pictures of the black prototype?

Based on hints from snippets of semi-related military news and other places over the years... in combination with the footages from Christmas 2024.

And maybe other footage or photos I haven't seen or bothered to save.

Combine these images with the context clues of those hints re canted rudders that fold down and variable geometry airframe that moves to improve kinematic performance over a greater range of speeds and operating altitudes, these CGI makers are not going to be too far from what the actual thing looks like.

Nice, but IMO based on what we know for sure it includes very much "what-if" ... the other one posted here (Shenyang next gen combat aircraft thread) is IMO more a realistic option, even if I again question it to have "foldable tails".

Even more the proportions are off ... the canopy + cockpit & pilot are much too large - at least based on what we've see it is larger than a Flanker - the exhausts are too small!

Isn't it obvious both my and your images are from the same CGI?

.
According to him, the depth of this missile bay design can reach 4.5 meters, which is the same as the length of the J-20's IWB.

Funny aside, I would say that his modeling appearance is quite accurate, especially the all-moving wingtips, which align well with my imagination.

Found a short video clip of the aircraft or a CG model of the craft. Don't know the veracity of the clip/ images but it seems to be relativly accurate to what the verifiable sources are saying about the craft.

Side-bays for WVR PL-12? With the J-35A (and all future J-35 variants for that matter) not having the side-bays, I'd assume the next-gen fighters won't have them either, even on the maneuverability-focused design (J-50 vs J-36).

It would look damn cool though, as it does in this (highly) speculative CGI.
